ABU DHABI: H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has attended ADNOC's Ramadan family gathering, which was organised for ADNOC employees and their families at the Abu Dhabi Energy Centre to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan. Sheikh Khaled congratulated the attendees on the occasion of the holy month and wished them continued success in their careersas ADNOC employees. He also met with a group of employees and mothers, and highlighted the vital role of Emirati women in the UAE's development and the importance of supporting the ongoing empowerment of Emirati women working in oil and gas in range of roles, including as engineers. The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi also met with a group of students taking part in international academic programmes in Artificial Intelligence and graduates working within ADNOC, and stressed the importance of ongoing education and training as well as hands-on work experience to achieve the company' s future goals and enhance its global standing. The group Iftar event was attended by more than 3,000 ADNOC staff members and their families, as well as members of the Special Olympic UAE team in recognition of their achievements in various sports. Organised by ADNOC annually during Ramadan, the event comes in line with the company's ongoing efforts to promote a work-life balance and a collaborative, sociable environment for employees, ultimately helping to enhance productivity and output.
