BRUSSELS: The representative of Kuwait's Amir, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, departed Brussels following his participation in the inaugural GCC-EU Summit. This significant diplomatic event marked a step towards strengthening ties between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the European Union (EU). According to Kuwait News Agency, the departure of His Highness the Prime Minister was attended by key officials, including Kuwaiti Ambassador to Belgium Nawaf Al-Enezi. Ambassador Al-Enezi, who also heads Kuwait's diplomatic missions to the EU and NATO, along with the embassy staff, saw off the Prime Minister and his delegation. The summit aimed to enhance cooperation and dialogue between the GCC member states and the EU in various sectors, reflecting a mutual interest in fostering regional stability and economic development. The participation of the Kuwaiti delegation underscored the country's commitment to international cooperation and diplomacy.
