Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah extended his congratulations to the Governor-General of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Susan Dougan, on the occasion of the country's national day. According to Kuwait News Agency, the Amir sent a cable expressing his wishes for Dougan's good health and wellbeing.
