According to Kuwait News Agency, the State of Kuwait conveyed its heartfelt support to Spain in light of the recent natural disaster. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized the strong bonds between the two nations and reiterated Kuwait's commitment to standing by Spain during this challenging time. The Ministry also expressed hope for Spain's swift recovery from the devastating impact of the floods.
