Beirut: Lebanese Army Commander, General Joseph Aoun, on Monday held meetings at his office in Yarzeh, focusing on national and military developments amid the ongoing Israeli aggression. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, General Aoun first met with Members of Parliament Edgar Traboulsi and Hadi Abou El-Hassan to discuss the general situation in the country. The discussions highlighted the pressing issues currently facing Lebanon and the need for strategic approaches to navigate the challenges posed by the ongoing tensions. Later, the Army Commander received Russian Military Attaché, Colonel Urii Penkov. Their discussions centered on enhancing cooperation between the Lebanese and Russian armed forces.
