Majed Al Mansoori Named Executive Director of Museum of the Future

DUBAI: Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Chairman of the Museum of the Future, has officially appointed Majed Al Mansoori as the new Executive Director of the museum. This strategic appointment underscores a commitment to nurturing local leadership and promoting national talent within the UAE. According to Emirates News Agency, Majed Al Mansoori will spearhead initiatives to enhance the Museum of the Future's position as a leading international center for futuristic innovation. The museum aims to be a collaborative platform for global experts and institutions to share visions and initiatives that leverage future opportunities for enhancing community life globally. Al Mansoori's responsibilities will include overseeing operations, expanding partnerships at local, regional, and international levels, and improving the overall visitor experience. Since his initial involvement with the museum as Deputy Executive Director in 2021, Al Mansoori has been instrumental in managing the museum's construction and develop ment phases. His oversight was crucial in the completion of the museum's innovative architectural design, interactive exhibits, and future-oriented experiences, which were pivotal for its successful launch on February 22, 2022. Al Mansoori, a graduate of the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Development Program, brings a wealth of experience from his previous tenure at the Dubai Future Foundation, where he contributed to significant national projects and initiatives before joining the Museum of the Future in 2020. Under his leadership, the museum has already established itself as a top global tourist destination and a key institution in shaping the future of humanity.
