The GNU Minister of Social Affairs, Wafaa Al-Kelani, and her accompanying delegation arrived yesterday at the headquarters of the UN in New York.
Al-Kelani said that she will head Libya’s delegation in the 16th session of the Conference of the States Parties to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (COSP16).
