MoPH Condemns Israeli Attack on Paramedic Team in Hariss

Hariss: The Public Health Ministry's Emergency Operations Center reported a direct attack by the Israeli forces on a paramedic team from the Islamic Health Authority in the town of Hariss, Bint Jbeil District. This assault led to the deaths of two paramedics and left a third seriously injured.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the Ministry of Public Health emphasized its condemnation of the persistent Israeli attacks targeting the health sector in Lebanon. The Ministry's statement highlighted that such actions by the Israeli forces demonstrate a refusal to comply with international law and humanitarian norms, which mandate the protection of health workers in conflict areas.

The Ministry further declared its intent to pursue legal action in international courts, paying homage to the paramedics who lost their lives while serving humanity.
