Beirut: President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, on Wednesday was briefed by Minister of Information, Paul Morcos, on the outcomes of his recent visit to Jordan and his meetings with members of the Lebanese diaspora, during which he listened to their needs and concerns, particularly regarding the exercise of their right to vote. The meetings took place on the sidelines of Morcos’ participation in the International Media and Economy Conference.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Minister Morcos thanked President Aoun for honoring his commitment to grant T©l© Liban his first exclusive interview with a Lebanese media outlet. Additionally, he expressed gratitude for President Aoun’s visit to the broadcaster’s Hazmieh premises to announce the digitization of T©l© Liban’s archive, following an extended period of preparatory work.
