The United States Special Envoy to Libya, Ambassador “Richard Norland” met with the President of the Tebanese Congress, “Issa Abd al-Majid Mansour,” and Norland described, in a tweet published by the American embassy through its Twitter account yesterday evening, Monday, the meeting as “Good” and addressed stability in Libya and the wider region, as well as opportunities to enhance political dialogue following the results in Bouznika.
