Doha: Oil prices rose by more than 3% at settlement on Tuesday, amid ongoing market volatility. Futures for Brent crude climbed by $3.21, or 3.2%, to settle at $103.42 per barrel. Meanwhile, West Texas Intermediate crude rose by $2.71, or 2.9%, to $96.21 per barrel.
According to Qatar News Agency, the gains come as global energy markets continue to react to supply concerns and geopolitical developments affecting production and transportation routes.
