Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli on Saturday 09/03/2024 commended painstaking efforts exerted by the Unified Government Complaints System to make it easy for citizens to be offered high-quality services. The Premier stressed the importance of clearing streets of any waste, construction debris and all forms of road occupancy. He also asserted the need to strictly deal with any complaints about encroachments on state land, urging the authorities concerned to show no leniency on that score. The Premier made his remarks while reviewing a report prepared by the Unified Government Complaints System on the government's efforts to deal with citizens' complaints in February, 2024 on Saturday. Director of the Unified Government Complaints System Tarek el Refaei confirmed that these efforts aimed to ensure a higher level of responsiveness to citizen's complaints.
