Beirut: Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam held a series of meetings at the Grand Serail, where he engaged in discussions with key political figures and community leaders to address Lebanon's pressing issues. During his meeting with MP Halima Kaakour, they discussed the general situation and the latest developments affecting the nation.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Premier Salam also met with MP Bilal Abdullah of the "Democratic Gathering" bloc. Their discussion covered a wide range of national political, health, and economic affairs, reflecting the diverse challenges Lebanon is facing.
In another significant meeting, Prime Minister Salam received Judge Sheikh Khaldoun Aramit, head of the Islamic Center for Studies and Media. This engagement underscores the broad spectrum of voices the Prime Minister is consulting to navigate the country's complex landscape.
The Prime Minister's agenda also included discussions with the head of the Arab Clans Assembly, Sheikh Badr Obeid, and Head of Bourj Arab municipality, Aref Shkheidem. Sheikh Obeid expressed their honor in meeting the Prime Minister and highlighted the importance of tackling the general political situation and challenges Lebanon is currently navigating.
Furthermore, Premier Salam met with a delegation of heads of municipalities from west Bekaa and Rashaya, accompanied by former Minister Mohammad Rahal. The delegation expressed their support for Premier Salam and the government's efforts, emphasizing their commitment to establishing a state characterized by strong institutions and equality for all citizens.
