Beirut: Prime Minister Nawaf Salam on Wednesday contacted Jordanian Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan to express his gratitude for the recent humanitarian assistance provided by Jordan. This gesture follows the arrival of a convoy of 25 aid trucks meant for the displaced people at the Masnaa border crossing.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the convoy’s arrival signifies a coordinated effort between the two nations to support those affected by ongoing regional challenges. In his conversation with Prime Minister Hassan, PM Salam extended his thanks not only to him but also to His Majesty King Abdullah II for their commitment to humanitarian aid and regional solidarity.
