Beirut: President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, on Tuesday departed Beirut for the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, responding to an official invitation from King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein. During the visit, President Aoun is scheduled to hold a summit meeting with King Abdullah, followed by expanded talks between the official Lebanese and Jordanian delegations. Discussions will focus on bilateral relations and current regional developments.
