Beirut: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, affirmed during a meeting with MP Michel Daher and a delegation of municipal heads from the Zahle district that "the Dahr al-Baydar road is a vital and essential artery, given its economic importance, which necessitates expediting its improvement and rehabilitation, in order to alleviate and ease the hardships of the people of the Bekaa."
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the President underscored the importance of the road's rehabilitation to support the economic activities in the region. The Dahr al-Baydar road serves as a critical link for transportation and commerce, making its improvement a priority for local and national development. The meeting highlighted the challenges faced by the residents of the Bekaa region due to the current state of the road, emphasizing the need for swift action to address these issues.
