Naqoura: The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has reported that a rocket struck its headquarters in Naqoura, igniting a vehicle workshop. Although peacekeepers were outside of bunkers at the time, the incident resulted in only minor injuries and no serious casualties. According to National news agency - Lebanon, the rocket was launched from the north of UNIFIL's headquarters, with suspicions pointing towards Hizbullah or an affiliated group. UNIFIL has initiated an investigation into this occurrence. The organization emphasized the importance of safeguarding UN personnel and facilities, reminding Hizbullah and other parties of their responsibilities. They stated that any intentional assault on UN personnel is a serious breach of international humanitarian law and United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701.
