Salam, Fadlallah Discuss Repercussions of Israeli Aggression on Beirut’s Southern Suburbs

Beirut: MP Hassan Fadlallah contacted today Prime Minister Nawaf Salam regarding the repercussions of the Israeli aggression on the southern suburbs of Beirut, including the damage caused that left hundreds of families homeless.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, Fadlallah stressed "the importance of the Higher Relief Commission's immediate action to identify damaged buildings and secure the necessary financial assistance to enable residents to remain in their homes."

"The Prime Minister responded graciously and tasked the head of the commission with conducting a damage assessment. After MP Amin Sherri contacted the head of the commission, hoping to expedite this step, it was agreed that the commission would begin its operational steps immediately after the Eid holiday," MP Fadlallah explained.
