The minister will tour the wooden tower and the spring before returning to Deir Mar Maroun El Rouais for a celebratory event where he delivers a speech. 10:30 am A chess championship organized by the Engineers Syndicate in partnership with MB Media Bureau at AUL University, Bahssas - Khoury Boulevard, Tripoli, under the patronage of Caretaker Minister of Information, Ziad Makary, commemorating International Women's Day. 11:00 am "Understanding Center for the Blind" hosts a celebration at the Cultural League Theater in Tripoli Al-Fayhaa, sponsored by Minister of Culture, Mohammad Wissam Al-Murtada. This event is part of the "Tripoli, Capital of Arab Culture 2024" activities and includes the recognition of winners from the "Fourth Art of Oratory" competition in honor of World Arabic Language Day.
