Saudi Arabia: 1,116 test positive; 11 deaths

Riyadh, May 12 (BNA): The Saudi Ministry of Health confirmed  1,116 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number to  patients had recovered, raising the overall number of recoveries to 430,505 cases – including 9,244 active cases.

In a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), it announced that 11 infected patients had passed away due to health complications, bringing the death toll to 7,122.

The ministry said that  1,129  virus-infected patients had recovered, raising the overall number of recoveries to 414,139 so far. The Saudi health authorities conducted 71,457 new laboratory tests countrywide.
