RIYADH: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's condemnation and denunciation of the Israeli occupation's bombing of a United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) school sheltering thousands of displaced civilians in the Nuseirat camp in the Gaza Strip. In a statement carried by Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the ministry reiterated the Kingdom's complete rejection of the systematic targeting of civilians, demanding an immediate ceasefire and ensuring the protection of civilians, civilian and relief facilities, and their workers. The ministry emphasised the necessity of activating international accountability mechanisms regarding the ongoing Israeli violations of international humanitarian law and international legitimacy resolutions.
