Security Update: Israeli Airstrikes Hit Multiple South Lebanon’s Towns and Villages

Tyre: Israeli warplanes launched air raids targeting the southern Lebanese towns of Tibnin, Sultaniyeh, and Kfardounin.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, in the Nabatieh district, Israeli enemy warplanes launched a raid in two waves on the vicinity of the International School in the town of Haboush. The airstrikes this afternoon targeted the towns of Deir Antar, Haris, Sultaniyeh, Khirbet Selm, Aita al-Jabal, Burj Qalawiya, and Safad al-Batikh near Jmeijmeh, in the Bint Jbeil district.

This coincided with heavy artillery shelling that struck the city of Bint Jbeil and the towns of Shaqra, Barashit, Safad al-Batikh, Aita al-Jabal, Sultaniyeh, and Khirbet Selm. Furthermore, it was reported that Salah Ghandour Hospital in Bint Jbeil has been evacuated of medical and nursing staff as a precaution against a possible attempt by the occupation forces to advance into the city from Ain Ebel toward Saf al-Hawa at its western entrance, where the hospital is located.
