Beirut: UNIFIL spokesperson Andrea Tenenti said today 'While conducting its regular activities in line with UNSCR1701, UNIFIL, and in close coordination with the LAF, discovered a vast network of fortified tunnels in the vicinity of Tayr Harfa, Zibqin, and Naqoura. The findings included several bunkers, artillery pieces, multiple rocket launchers, hundreds of shells and rockets, anti-tank mines, and other explosive devices.'
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the discovery was made during regular patrol activities conducted by UNIFIL in collaboration with the Lebanese Armed Forces.
