Gaza – Maan – Ministry of Health spokesman, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qudra: The number of martyrs rose to 1,900, including 614 children and 370 women, in addition to 7,696 citizens suffering various injuries, including 2,000 children and 1,400 women.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Health Dr. Ashraf Al-Qudra said that the Israeli occupation deceived the citizens and forced them into forced displacement, then doubled its crimes by targeting them this afternoon, claiming the lives of about 200 citizens, either martyred or wounded. The world has seen that all the victims of this targeting are entire families, all the way to the fetus in its mother’s womb. 3 ambulances were targeted and 10 of their crews were injured while evacuating the wounded.
Al-Qudra stressed that the crimes of the Israeli occupation against our Palestinian families led to the extermination of 50 families inside their homes and during their forced displacement, and these massacres claimed the lives of 500 of its members.
He explained that the Is
raeli occupation is intent on targeting and killing medical and ambulance personnel during their humanitarian missions to evacuate victims of the aggression, which led to the martyrdom of 15 medical personnel and the injury of 27 others.
He said that the Israeli targeting focused on ambulances led to the destruction of 23 ambulances, putting them out of service and weakening the ambulance capacity in the field.
He added: “The occupation’s continued targeting of hospitals and health facilities poses a threat to the lives of the sick and wounded, which resulted in 15 health facilities being damaged and many of them being out of service.”
He pointed out that the occupation attacks led to the evacuation of Al-Durrah Children’s Hospital in eastern Gaza and the transfer of patients and staff to Al-Nasr Children’s Hospital after it was targeted by phosphorus bombs, which is the second hospital to go out of service after Beit Hanoun Hospital due to Israeli targeting.
Al-Qudra called for immediate action to open a
safe corridor to ensure the arrival of medical supplies, fuel, delegations, beds, and ambulances, and to allow the departure of hundreds of wounded and sick people before it is too late.
