Beirut: The total voter turnout in the municipal and mayoral elections in the Mount Lebanon Governorate has reached 40.43 percent, with 337,294 voters casting their ballots.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the voter turnout percentages varied across different districts within the governorate. Keserwan recorded the highest turnout at 56.08 percent, followed by Jbeil with 52.27 percent. Chouf saw a turnout of 40.53 percent, while Aley had 38.19 percent of voters participating. Baabda and Matn experienced lower turnouts of 35.01 percent and 34.29 percent, respectively.
