Kuwait City: Two lanes of King Fahad bin Abdulaziz Highway (Road 40) will be closed to traffic starting Friday, as authorities work on the rearrangement of the roadside blocks. According to Kuwait News Agency, the partial closure will impact the highway's connections to and from the expressways of Jasem Al-Kharafi (6th Ring Road) and Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (5th Ring Road). This announcement was made by the Interior Ministry's General Department of Traffic in a statement on Wednesday evening.
