Beirut: Prime Minister Nawaf Salam has expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the United Arab Emirates' decision to lift the travel ban on Emirati citizens traveling to Lebanon. He emphasized that this move is a testament to the deep fraternal relations between the two nations.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Salam stated, "The UAE's step deserves all gratitude and appreciation towards the UAE and its President, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, may God protect him." He further highlighted the enthusiastic anticipation of Lebanon and its citizens to welcome their Emirati brothers, along with other brethren from the Gulf and Arab countries, to their nation.
Salam's remarks underscore the significance of this development in strengthening ties and fostering closer connections between Lebanon and the UAE, as well as the broader Arab community.
