Abu dhabi: The United Arab Emirates has expressed its concern over a recent statement by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, highlighting key inaccuracies about the UAE's involvement in the ongoing developments in Yemen. The UAE has firmly rejected any attempts to implicate it in tensions among Yemeni parties, denying allegations of exerting pressure or issuing directives that could jeopardize Saudi Arabia's security or target its borders.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the UAE reiterated its steadfast commitment to Saudi Arabia's security and stability, while respecting the Kingdom's sovereignty. The UAE emphasized the historical ties with Saudi Arabia as a foundation for regional stability and reaffirmed its collaboration with the Kingdom in addressing the situation in Yemen.
