The UN Humanitarian Coordinator for Ukraine, Denise Brown, condemned the recent Russian strikes that hit residential buildings in the Donetsk region.
The raid killed and injured civilians, including rescue workers from Ukraine's emergency service.
Brown said in a statement Tuesday said that the latest incident adds to the "very long list of attacks in Ukraine that must be investigated because they violate international humanitarian law."
