Beirut: The United States Embassy in Beirut has advised American citizens against traveling to Lebanon, urging them to reconsider travel to or through the Middle East, citing heightened regional tensions and a complex security environment with the potential for unexpected escalation.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the embassy also called on US citizens in the region to remain vigilant, monitor news updates for urgent developments, and check with airlines to confirm that flights remain scheduled when traveling within or through the region.
