“Very Constructive” US-China Trade Talks in Malaysia

Kuala lumpur: A US Treasury Department spokesperson announced that the trade talks between the United States and China, which began Saturday in Kuala Lumpur to seek a settlement to the tariff war between the two countries, were "very constructive."

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, "The talks concluded today and were very constructive," the spokesperson told AFP, adding, "We expect to resume them in the morning."

These talks come in preparation for an anticipated meeting between the two countries' presidents next week in South Korea.
