Kuwait city: Kuwait has entered into aviation agreements with Canada, Singapore, Botswana, and Zimbabwe, enhancing global cooperation and increasing bilateral commercial flight operations, officials announced Monday. According to Kuwait News Agency, the agreements were signed during the ICAO Air Services Negotiation (ICAN2024) conference held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Sheikh Humoud Mubarak Humoud Al-Sabah, chief of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, stated that these new partnerships aim to elevate the aviation ties between Kuwait and the respective countries to new heights. The ICAN2024 conference serves as a platform for civil aviation representatives from across the globe to discuss current industry trends and challenges, share experiences, and negotiate agreements. By signing these deals, Kuwait intends to bolster its connectivity and presence in the international aviation market.
