Doha: President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, on Monday arrived at Hamad International Airport in Doha to head Lebanon's delegation to the emergency Arab-Islamic summit convened to address the Israeli aggression against Qatar. The President was welcomed by Qatar's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Minister of Culture Abdulrahman bin Hamad, senior Qatari officials, as well as Lebanon's Foreign Minister Youssef Raggi, Ambassador to Qatar Farah Berri, and Permanent Representative to the Arab League Ambassador Ali Halabi.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, after a short stay at the Amiri Lounge, President Aoun and his accompanying delegation made their way to the summit venue at the Sheraton Hotel. The Lebanese delegation comprises Foreign Minister Youssef Raggi, Presidential Special Adviser Brigadier General Andre Rahal, Ambassador Farah Berri, Ambassador Ali Halabi, Director General of Protocol and Public Relations at the Presidency Dr. Nabil Chdid, and Director of Information at the Presidency Rafic Chalala.
