Beirut: Minister of Culture, Dr. Ghassan Salameh, on Thursday welcomed the Spanish Ambassador to Lebanon, Jesus Santos Aguado, at his office in the National Library - Sanayeh. During the meeting, Ambassador Aguado extended his congratulations to Dr. Salameh on his recent appointment.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the visit provided an opportunity to delve into the bilateral relations between Lebanon and Spain, with a particular focus on cultural ties. Both parties underscored the significance of strengthening cultural cooperation at various levels between the two nations.
The discussions further explored avenues for enhancing collaboration and exchanging expertise between the National Library of Lebanon and its Spanish counterpart, aiming to foster a robust cultural partnership.
