Death Toll from Occupation’s Aggression on Gaza Strip Rises to 60,430 Martyrs, 148,722 Wounded

Gaza: Medical sources told the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) on Saturday that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 60,430, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation's aggression on October 7, 2023.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the number of victims continues to increase, with many still trapped under the rubble, inaccessible to ambulances and civil defense crews. The sources indicated that the total number of wounded has now reached 148,722 since the beginning of the aggression.

The sources further reported that in the past 24 hours, hospitals in the region have received 39 aid victims and 849 injured individuals. This brings the total number of aid victims to 1,422 and the total number of injured to 10,067.

The ongoing situation in the Gaza Strip remains severe as medical and rescue teams struggle to manage the overwhelming number of casualties and the pressing need for humanitarian assistance.
