Dubai Police Debuts AI-Driven “Digital Twin for Tourist Police” System at GITEX Global 2024

Dubai: Dubai Police concluded its participation in GITEX Global 2024 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, showcasing its latest innovations and services designed to enhance security and introducing key policy initiatives aimed at serving the community. According to Emirates News Agency, one of the main highlights of Dubai Police's showcase was the introduction of the "Digital Twin for Tourist Police" system. This new AI-powered platform is designed to automatically respond to tourist inquiries and complaints, providing advanced, real-time services that operate 24/7. The system aims to deliver fast and accurate responses, significantly improving tourists' experiences in Dubai. In addition to the digital twin system, Dubai Police introduced the official website of the upcoming World Police Summit and detailed the summit's awards. These awards recognize the dedication and efforts of experts, specialists, and police leaders globally who ensure safety in communities while adhering to the highest international standa rds amid challenges. Furthermore, Dubai Police provided insights into the key themes and objectives of the World Police Summit, scheduled for 13-15 May 2025, in Dubai. The summit, themed "Designing the Future of Policing," will explore global changes associated with the Fifth Industrial Revolution. It aims to bring together police leaders, law enforcement agencies, and security experts from around the world to collaborate, exchange expertise, and foster safer communities through integrated efforts. Additionally, the introduction of the "Esaad Privilege Card" at GITEX was highlighted. This card offers exclusive discounts and deals across ten sectors, including tourism and travel, and health and fitness, aiming to enhance the quality of life for Dubai Police employees and residents.
