the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), Al-Siddiq El-Kabeer, discussed in Paris with the Executive Director of the International Movement of French Companies, Philippe Gautier, the opportunities available for French companies to work in Libya. According to the CBL, the meeting, which was held on Friday at the Foundation's headquarters in Paris, was attended by the French Ambassador to Libya, Mostafa Mihraje, and a number of French companies, institutions, and ministries. The two sides discussed the opportunities available for French companies to work in Libya and the importance of working to diversify sources of income, encourage the private sector, support the National Oil Corporation and the General Electricity Company, open the way for renewable energies, and develop the health, water, and sanitation sectors.
