Beirut: Caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, met Thursday at the Grand Serail with Caretaker Foreign Minister, Abdallah Bou Habib, over the outcome of the diplomatic contacts regarding the situation in Lebanon and the ceasefire decisions. Mikati later met with Caretaker Information Minister, Ziad Makary, over an array of ministerial affairs. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting between Mikati and Bou Habib focused on assessing recent diplomatic engagements and their implications for Lebanon's ongoing challenges. The discussions aimed at evaluating the impact of international diplomatic efforts on the current situation in Lebanon and the decisions related to ceasefire agreements. Following his meeting with Bou Habib, Prime Minister Mikati engaged with Information Minister Ziad Makary to address various ministerial matters. The talks covered essential affairs related to the Information Ministry, emphasizing the need for coordinated efforts in managing the country's information and commu nication strategies amidst ongoing challenges.
