Baabda: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, on Friday received MP Melhem Riachy at Baabda Palace, delegated by Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea. The meeting addressed hour issues in light of latest developments.
According to National news agency – Lebanon, President Aoun also received at Baabda Palace, a delegation from the “Alliance for Freedom of Opinion and Expression in Lebanon,” which includes twenty institutions, associations, and organizations working to develop media laws in Lebanon. The delegation discussed with President Aoun the situation of the media sector in light of the challenges it faces.
