ABU DHABI: The Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) has entered into a commercial partnership with SAP, a global software corporation, at GITEX Global 2024. This agreement involves the implementation of the RISE with SAP platform, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of ADAA's digital infrastructure. According to Emirates News Agency, the partnership between ADAA and SAP marks a crucial step in ADAA's journey towards digital transformation. The RISE with SAP platform is designed to streamline the management of human and financial resources, consolidate operations onto a single platform, and offer flexible cloud solution options. This integrated approach is expected to bolster data protection and facilitate business continuity by enabling rapid analysis for strategic decision-making, thereby improving the operations' efficiency within the Authority. The agreement also represents a strategic move by ADAA to shift its cloud computing to the Microsoft Azure platform, renowned for its advanced cybersecurity fe atures powered by artificial intelligence. This transition aligns with international standards for data protection, positioning ADAA on one of the world's leading cloud computing platforms. Mahmoud Al Alawi, Executive Director of the Corporate Support Sector at ADAA, commented on the partnership, stating, "The adoption of RISE with SAP platform is part of our digital transformation strategy. We seek advanced solutions to improve the efficiency of our corporate operations, enhance and develop corporate performance, and enhance the efficiency of the Authority's digital infrastructure." Marwan Zeineddine, Managing Director of SAP UAE, expressed his enthusiasm about the collaboration, saying, "We are pleased to partner with ADAA in its digital transformation journey through our innovative technologies. Through this agreement, we aim to enable ADAA to enhance its financial operations in line with the Abu Dhabi government's vision for digital transformation."
