Ras al khaimah: Aldar Properties has announced the completion of the Al Hamra Mall redevelopment in Ras Al Khaimah, marking a significant upgrade to the retail and dining hub in the emirate. This project is a part of Aldar's AED1 billion investment strategy to enhance key retail destinations. According to Emirates News Agency, the redevelopment includes a comprehensive renovation of both the exterior and interior spaces of the mall, with the introduction of a new Central Atrium. This innovative space is designed to integrate natural light with modern aesthetics, providing a venue for service-to-table restaurants and a flexible area for events and activations. Saoud Khoory, Chief Retail Officer at Aldar Investment, emphasized the mall's transformation as a testament to Aldar's commitment to creating premier destinations that meet the changing demands of consumers. The revamped Al Hamra Mall now features over 130 retail outlets and dining options, including 37 new market entries, offering a mix of local and i nternational brands. This redevelopment positions the mall as a premier shopping destination in the Northern Emirates and demonstrates Aldar's focus on improving the operational efficiency of its retail properties. The enhancements are aimed at enriching customer experiences and boosting long-term value within the community.
