An Int’l Report Expects Iraq, UAE And Qatar Will Lead The Region In Economic Growth Next Year

Baghdad, International reports expected that Iraq, the UAE and Qatar will lead the region as the best economic growth during the next year 2023.

According to a report prepared by the Economic Intelligence Unit of The Economist Group, entitled “Middle East Prospects 2023”, countries such as Turkey, Iraq, the UAE and Qatar were ranked among the report’s highest growth expectations for their economy next year.

The report indicated that a country such as Jordan is among the areas that are reassuring regarding inflation rates for the Middle East region.

While the report expected that the inflation rate in Jordan for the next year 2023 would reach a rate of 3.5%, it expected that the Kingdom’s economy would grow by 2.6% next year.

While a country like Lebanon ranked as the highest country in the region in terms of inflation, reaching 167%, the report pointed out that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranks first with the lowest inflation expectations among the region’s economies at a rate of 2.8%.
