Death Toll in Gaza Climbs to 44,429 Amid Ongoing Aggression.

Gaza: Medical sources announced today, Sunday, that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 44,429, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation aggression on October 7, 2023. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the toll has risen to 105,250 wounded since the start of the aggression, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble. The same sources indicated that the occupation forces committed six massacres, resulting in the death of 47 citizens and the injury of 108 others.
