Caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, met, at the Grand Serail on Thursday, with Mufti of Tripoli and the North, Sheikh Mohammad Imam, on top of a delegation.
The PM later received MP Jihad Samad, with whom he discussed an array of local affairs.
Mikati also held talks with Secretary General of the Higher Defense Council, Major General Mohammad al-Mostafa, and Director General of the State Security, Major General Antoine Saliba.
