Beirut: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, met on Monday with Kataeb Party chief Samy Gemayel to discuss the country’s political and security situation, amid mounting challenges facing Lebanon. The talks, held at the Presidential Palace, focused on the broader national context, with both men exchanging views on the path forward.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the meeting was part of a series of consultations initiated by President Aoun to address the ongoing issues in the country.
