Young Palestinian man injured by Israeli gunfire north of Ramallah

RAMALLAH: A young Palestinian man suffered injuries late last night during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces that stormed the Al-Jalazon refugee camp, north of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that a 19-year-old young man sustained injuries from live ammunition fired by the Israeli occupation forces in the camp. Emergency response teams swiftly attended to the injured individual to provide him with first aid.

The confrontations erupted when Israeli occupation forces stormed the entrance of the camp. During the encounter, the occupation soldiers fired live ammunition, stun grenades, and tear gas, resulting in a young man sustaining an injury by live gunfire.

Several other citizens also suffered from suffocation due to teargas inhalation.
